RESERVATIONS
Reservations can also be made directly by calling the Alpen SPA reception at 370 159 2078, every day from 9:00 to 20:00. A credit card is required to book.
For cancellations made before 4pm the day before, no penalty will be applied. For cancellations on the day of treatment, 50% of the treatment will be charged.
AGE
Alpen SPA welcomes guests aged 16 and over. Spa treatments are available for guests aged 18 and over. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. ID may be required.
HEALTH
The health and safety of our guests is our number one priority. Some spa treatments may not be suitable if you have certain health issues. Please discuss your concerns with our receptionists when making your reservation.
REGISTRATION
Please arrive at Alpen SPA at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. You will need time to check in, change, and prepare for your program or treatment.
CLOSURE
Alpen SPA is closed on Christmas afternoon.
