Join us to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Alpen SPA with a magical experience: "Yoga on the Moon" on Tuesday, August 1st, on the occasion of the full moon. In an enchanting setting, in the large garden in front of our wellness center, we invite you to experience a moment of deep connection with nature and with yourself.
As the sky fills with stars and the anticipation of the moonrise grows, we will have the opportunity to perform yoga exercises of salutation to the moon, guided by our extraordinary yoga teacher, Emanuela Prudenza. Under Emanuela's expert guidance, you will immerse yourself in a sequence of fluid movements that honor the lunar energy and promote balance and inner serenity.
